It seems Japan gets all the interesting flavours, and now Nestlé is bringing out Sushi Kit Kat.
Nestlé are not scared when it comes to bringing out new flavours to the market, especially their Japanese audience. Core examples of this are things like Green Tea Kit Kat, Wasabi Kit Kat and most recently Sake-Flavoured Kit Kats.
Nestlé is not using real fish or even using fish flavoured ingredients. Instead, they will be substituting ingredients such as the rice with puffed rice and using fruit flavoured ingredients instead to finish off the look of the ‘sushi’.
These new treats will be released in Japan on a limited promotional campaign through February 2-14. There is no speak of international release.
